Visitation Catholic School is proud to be a participant in the Book Adventure program created by the Sylvan Learning Foundation.

What is Book Adventure?
Book Adventure is a FREE online reading motivation program for children in grades K-8. Children read books from over 6,000 recommended titles, take multiple choice quizzes on the books they’ve read offline, and earn points and prizes for their literary successes.

Who will be participating?
Kindergarten through 8th grade students.

When will it begin?
Begin reading now!

Where do I find it?
Students are able to use Book Adventure to take online quizzes at home as well as at school, if they have access to the internet. www.bookadventure.com Check the “Book Finder” icon on the website. It will be in the “Kids Zone”.

Why should my child participate?
Recreational reading is of the utmost importance to school success. Sharing special time reading with your child highlights the value of reading. They will also have the opportunity to earn "Book Bucks" based on the points awarded after completing quizzes online. "Book Bucks" may be spent monthly on prizes provide by the school.
